Erika has dedicated the last 12 years to developing and implementing mental training programs to help her clients achieve their goals in sport. Common goals her clients have are to earn a college scholarship, advance to the next level of their sport, improve performance and/or enjoyment of their sport, re-gain confidence or mentally prepare for a specific event. Erika designs and implements comprehensive mental training programs for clubs, teams and individuals. Programming includes improving performance through mental skills training, goal setting, leadership training, and team building.
Comprehensive services at the youth level also include workshops for coaches to help coach mental skills and skill development for sport parents looking to provide the best support for their young athletes.

Erika also has the privilege of working as a Leadership Coach for the Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy. The academy is one week residential camp for female soccer players. Julie provides a fun and intense week of soccer and leadership training designed to help every player positively impact their teams and communities. Sheryl Cardiff, M.A.
Sheryl has a range of professional experience including conducting research for Division 1 college athletes (tennis and track and field), and working with high school aged at-risk youth in the areas of goal setting, character development and physical training in preparation for the L.A. Honda Marathon.
In the corporate world Sheryl worked at Toyota World Headquarters in Torrance, CA where she taught and prescribed wellness programs for factory workers through C level executives. This work was focused on motivation, adherence training and goal attainment.
Over the past six years, Sheryl has been involved locally with the Lamorinda Youth Association working closely with children and other coaches teaching the mental and physical skills of soccer. She also played competitive tennis for eight years and competed in various running races including two half marathons which gave her insight to the physical and emotional demands of competition.
